How to paginate your documents

How to paginate your documents

Now that your project is ready, you can start creating your document.
To do this, follow these steps:
  1. Upload all your project files, except for the datasheets, into each specific relevant folder.
  2. Upload your datasheet to the folder called "Data". This will start the pagination process.
  3. You will receive a status email immediately. It could be a:
    1. Confirmation e-mail
    2. Warning e-mail entitled “Invalid data”
If your datasheet didn't pass our preliminary checks you will receive an email explaining the errors. Find out more about data checks here.

  4. You will receive a status email when your documents are ready.

Click on the "view documents" link to find the paginated files

Please note
  1. Ready documents are saved in a folder with the same name as the data file. A data file with the same name as the one previously uploaded will overwrite the previously created folder.
  2. The new output folder will include the new paginated files (which overwrite the previous ones).
  3. If you receive a warning email (Invalid data), your spreadsheet will remain in the Data folder.
